Altaro VM Backup free space in graph not updated
When other free space represented in graph is not updated you can correct it.
Ensure there are no running operations in Altaro, then please proceed as follows:
- please stop all the Altaro services ( powershell as admin: stop-service altaro* )
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Altaro\AltaroBackupProfile\BackupData\History
- Rename the file Charts.dat to oldCharts.dat
- Restart services ( powershell as admin: start-service altaro* )
- Run a backup
After 24hrs, the dashboard should show the correct statistics.
