Altaro VM backup impacted performance for backup, replication and restore jobs when using NBD/NBDSSL transport mode on ESXi 7.x hosts

There is a known VMware NBD/NBDSSL transport issue where some of our customer's might experience impacted performance on their backup, replication and restore jobs when using NBD/NBDSSL transport mode in combination with ESXi 7.x hosts.

As a possible workaround to this issue would be to switch the transport mode to Direct SAN, more info here.
