EDR permissions in N-able RMM

EDR permissions in N-able RMM

Currently on the RMM integrated EDR, when you go to the menu and then open the Dashboard your sessions will be on  "view only" mode. This is because of the integration with Sentinel One website.
To work around this problem follow these steps:

1. Go back to the RMM device List

2. Mouse Over to the integration Icon, please do not click just hover over this

3. It will show you the Menu, hover to the Arrow beside the Endpoint Detection and response, then click on it
    It will show you the menus for EDR but do not click on the word Dashboard

4. Please click directly to the other menus like Analyse and Policies, this should provide you with the access.
